Consultation and Initial Appointment:
Jessica offers a free 30 minute consultation to review individual goals, assure right fit, and create a tailored plan to meet needs. If personal needs would be best met with a higher level of care or additional services, Jessica will offer and assist with coordinating outside support to best care for the individual.
Therapeutic Coaching and Reiki
Specializing in working with those with a lived experience of complex trauma, relational harm, grief and loss, and depression.
$155 per hour and/or some insurance plans accepted
Youth Services
Jessica offers individual therapy to youth ages 13-25 with emphasis on empowerment, resourcefulness, and use of creative expression.
$125 per hour and/or some insurance plans accepted
Group Services
Lilith: A group centering on personal growth and healing through the feminine lens. This group embodies the use of female archetypes, themes, and personal stories for relief and transformation.
Art and Movement: A group centering on moving the stories our bodies hold with the use of art and movement. Somatic resourcing will be available to close this offering with ease.
Alchemy: A gender neutral group centering on the collective story of trauma and its shared experiences, as well as its healing agents. This group will be provided psychoeducation regarding the neurobiology of trauma and resources to aid the body, mind, and spirit in mending.
